Agreement
These terms govern your use of Courtside Alley facilities, website, and booking services. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Bookings
Bookings are confirmed upon successful payment or reservation, as indicated at checkout. Free cancellation is available up to 4 hours before your scheduled slot unless otherwise stated for a specific event or promotion.
No-shows and late cancellations may result in forfeiture of fees or restrictions on future bookings. We reserve the right to modify availability, pricing, and scheduling with reasonable notice.
Conduct
Members and guests are expected to respect facilities, staff, and other players at all times. Unsafe, abusive, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the premises and suspension of booking privileges without refund.
Please follow posted court rules, wear appropriate footwear, and report equipment or facility issues to staff promptly.
Liability
Participation in sports activities carries inherent risk. You play at your own risk. Courtside Alley is not liable for injuries, lost property, or damages sustained during play, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Memberships
Where membership or subscription plans are offered, fees auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. Cancellation terms and refund policies will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
